From Brazil to Australia, Portugal and Switzerland, baking has always followed me. In 2026, I moved to Paris to study pâtisserie at Ferrandi and give this lifelong passion the space it deserved.
Through every creation, I hope to share a little of where I come from and the memories that continue to inspire me.
